She’s a contributing editor at Condé Nast Traveler online and Furthermore for Equinox and her work has also been published in Cosmopolitan, Glamour, Men’s Fitness, Outside, and Boston Magazine, among additional outlets.
Throughout her career, Cassie has worked on staff at Men’s Health and Shape, where she most recently worked as the executive editor of the magazine’s website.
She’s covered major international events including the London and Sochi Olympics; interviewed professional NHL, MLB, and Olympic athletes, as well as elite trainers, world-renowned doctors, and nutrition professionals; investigated health crazes; and answered everyday questions such as why your back hurts after spin class, how much you’re supposed to sweat when you exercise, and whether or not travel can help you live longer. She’s written about half-marathons in Bermuda, the nation’s only federally funded marijuana farm at the University of Mississippi, and what to do if you have a lazy weekend on Nantucket.
